For self-motivated students who are looking for tutorials in a group situation.
How it works:

Students work independently or in small groups.

Students bring along their own textbooks to study from, or can purchase NCEA Exam Booklets* to use during the sessions (as well as at home).

Tutors answer student questions during the tutorial, and provide study tips.

Group sessions will be held on Saturdays, 10.30-12pm, at Upper Riccarton Library.
Who the Group Plan is suitable for:

Students who are self-motivated learners, who have specific questions.

Students who need structured time set aside for studying, away from the distractions of home.

Students must take responsibility for their own learning as tutors do not prepare tutorial content in advance.

Progress is not monitored and no progress reports provided (see Gold & Platinum Plans).

No homework provided (see Gold & Platinum Plans).
*Booklets of practice NCEA exam papers must be purchased for $20 per subject.
Requirements:

Bookings are essential. Bookings must be made by the Wednesday evening prior to the Saturday session a student wishes to attend.

A minimum of 3 students need to book in order for a group session to go ahead.
