Mathematics and/or Science Tutor
Are you passionate about mathematics and science?
Do you love teaching and sharing your enthusiasm?
Located in Christchurch, AHeadStart Ltd provides one-on-one tutorials for students in every
mathematics and science subject. We particularly specialise in teaching secondary school students towards NCEA, however also teach Year 9 and 10 students, as well as adult refresher students. Expansion to teach primary school mathematics and science is also a
possibility.
We offer a specialist service with individual tuition in response directly to the students
needs.
To successfully secure this position, it is essential that you can demonstrate:

Bachelor of Science or equivalent

Previous teaching/tuition/coaching experience

Ability to explain subjects clearly

Passion for education
-
Passion for mathematics and/or science

Effective organisational ability
-
Attention to detail
-
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook or related programmes
