Hi, I'm Hannah and I am in my first year of engineering at the University of Canterbury. The subjects I am able to tutor are Physics, Chemistry, Calculus, general Maths and Science

In 2024 I finished my studies at Hillmorton High School where I was Dux for my year. I achieved excellence endorsements at NCEA level 1, 2 and 3. I got Excellence course endorsements in Physics and Chemistry as well as achieving Scholarship Physics. 

I believe that the best way to learn is to spend time ensuring you understand the key concepts well and then to back up your knowledge by practicing questions. I will be patient and encouraging as I work with students to increase their knowledge.  A great way to improve your knowledge is to ask questions and I would encourage students to do this.

When I am not at University I love playing sports, especially cricket and football. I have represented both Canterbury and New Zealand at age group level in cricket. I always look forward to training with my team, it is an important part of my week :)
