Hi, my name is Alex and I’m currently completing my final year (4th year) of a Bachelor of Chemical and Process Engineering with a minor in Energy Processing Technologies at the University of Canterbury.

I attended Cashmere High School where I gained excellence endorsement in NCEA at Level 3, while excelling in calculus, physics and chemistry. Calculus, physics and chemistry are three subject areas I am passionate about, hence my decision to study engineering. This passion and understanding allows me to easily explain concepts to improve your understanding and gives me enjoyment while teaching new concepts to you, helping you to gain better grades.

Outside of University, I play cricket for Burnside West Christchurch University Cricket Club, I also enjoy going to the gym during the off season to stay active and socialising with friends.”
